Meet the Designer

Hey everybody! I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself to y'all. My name is Sierra Patterson and I am the owner and designer of Knotty Designs Jewelry. I'm 22 years old and about to graduate with a marketing degree from the University of South Alabama. Go Jags! My boyfriend's mom was actually the one who taught me how to make my first macrame necklace. We didn't realize at that time that she had created a monster Knotty Designs Jewelry began as a stress reliever when I was in nursing school. Well long story short, I decided nursing school was not for me and so I went to college of business and changed my major. Two weeks into my new major I decided to turn my hobby into a business and thus Knotty Designs Jewelry was born. Off I went I designed my website, set up my social media accounts, and made all the pictures. Two years later and I couldn't be happier than the decision I made to change my major and open Knotty Designs Jewelry. KDJ would not be half the success that it is without the support of my family, boyfriend, and others that have encouraged me to follow my dreams. Thank you to all who have supported me.
